V-Moda Revamp Headphones

The Revamp Headphones are the in-ear model of the V-Moda True Blood Headphone line. The earbuds are made from aluminum which gives them the extremely durable quality. I really like that these earbuds are on rather small and discreet. Nothing irritates me more than seeing people with what seems like poles sticking out of each ear. V-Moda includes 2 detachable rubber hooks that helps them stay secure no matter what activity your doing.

Sound quality on the Revamp Headphones is excellent. If you can get a tight fit without losing comfort, then your going to have no complaints with sound or bass quality. The only problem I found was that when the Kevlar coated cord rubs against your clothes, it causes some static. However, V-Moda has tried to combat this problem by including a clip which helps you secure the cord to your body. While the AKG Q350's have been my favorite in-ear headphones for a while now, I might have to reconsider after checking out the V-Moda Revamp Headphones.

True Blood V-Moda V-80 Headphones

V-Moda has created a True Blood range of headphones. Honestly, it's kind of surprising that a headphone company would collaborate with a television show. Maybe it's just me, but just because I love a particular TV show, that doesn't mean I want to buy the show's headphones. While I have seen collaborations similar to this before (like with Star Wars & Coloud), I have never seen it with a premium product or with a whole line of headphones.

The V-Moda V80 headphones are smaller than the Crossfade LP's, but have a similar look. While the Crossfade LP's are over-ear, these have an on-ear design. Another big difference is that these are constructed with a flexible metal which makes them ultra durable. I really like the design of these headphones. The black and red color with the metal faceplate is extremely stylish. The included hard case is also one of the best cases I have seen. The interchangeable faceplates that V-Moda is known for is also available with these headphones. Sound quality is well above average. While they aren't one of the best sounding headphones, they will satisfy nearly anyone. For on-ear headphones, these are a great option. My only gripe is I really dislike all the True Blood signs on the headphones. All the True Blood signs make the headphones seem cheap and gimmicky. I wish they sold 2 separate V-80's: the normal headphone and a special True Blood edition.

V-Moda Vibe Premium Headphones

V-Moda's headphones always exemplify style and class, and the Vibe earbuds are no exception. The V-Moda Vibe headphones are much less expensive than the Vibrato In-Ear Heapdhones that I reviewed earlier. Even though they are much less expensive, the design still encompasses V-Moda's unique and modern style. I really like the shiny metallic and jewel-like accents which make the earpieces really pop. The earpieces are smaller than most but they still might be uncomfortable for those who have smaller ears. The Vibe headphones has a decent cord that is thin, yet durable. Even though V-Moda doesn't advertise these as noise-canceling, when listening to them it sound like they are because of the heavy bass. Those who enjoy extreme bass and can live with mediocre sound quality will enjoy this product. The V-Moda Vibe headphones come in 5 colors: Chrome, Gunmetal Black, Midnight Blue, Blush & Red Roxx

Val Kolton V-Moda Vibrato Headphones

The V-Moda Vibrato Headphones are in-ear premium headphones designed by music producer and DJ, Val Kolton. V-Moda has continued the tend of sylish earbuds that they have been known for with these Vibrato Headphones.

The earpieces are stylish yet durable. These earbuds are created from zinc alloy. The metal technology is unique to the V-Moda company. Metal has its positives and its negatives. It makes the earbuds more durable than plastic ones but it also significantly increases the weight of them. The earbuds offer a jewel-like look due to its geometric shape and shiny metal accents. Like all V-Moda headphones, the cord is woven Kevlar and covered in cord for maximum durability. One unique feature about the Vibrato headphones is the shirt clip that is attached to the right cord. The Vibrato earbuds are successful in that they won't fall out of your ear once they are in. The bad news is that that when they are in, they are not so comfortable for everyone. These headphones offer a great deal of bass for their size. The overall sound quality is good, but not great. If you like the jewel like design and are looking for bass heavy earbuds, then the Virbrato Headphones are for you.

Val Kolton V-Moda Crossfade LP Headphones

V-Moda is a relatively new Los Angeles based company that combines fashion clothing and high end headphones. The CEO and founder of the company is Val Kolton. He is a famous DJ and music producer who specializes in combining house beats with rock and electronic music. Besides spinning at some of the worlds best nightclubs, Val Kolton has designed a full lineup of designer headphones.

The Crossfade LP Headphones by V-Moda were designed with DJ's in mind because they are the largest in the V-Moda lineup. The style fits the company's profile in that these headphones are very hip due to the urban industrial design.  On the outside of the ear cups, there are magnesium accent plates in different colors depending on which ones you buy. The cable is thicker than most because the outside is coated in cloth and the inside is reinforced with kevlar for maximum durability.  The ear cups are extremely well padded for maximum comfort but they do tend to make the ears slightly sweaty after prolonged use. Since the headphones were made by a techno and house DJ, the sound quality is not consistent across all genres of music. All those who listen to electronic, bass thumping music will love these headphones. However, those who don't listen to club and dance tracks sound look elsewhere. The Crossfade LP headphones come in 6 colors: White Pearl, Phantom Chrome, Gunmetal Black, Nero (purple accents), Rouge (red accents) and Pink (more purplish).
