I don't usually do posts with only YouTube videos, but this is an exception. Check out the video below of Melanie Iglesias' new flipbook which incorporates Tiesto's new line of Headphones by AKG. Its got all the characteristics of a viral video, so don't be surprised if this video blows up. Bravo AKG, bravo!

DJ Tiesto Headphones by AKG Are Now Available
The much anticipated "AKG by Tiesto" Headphone line has finally hit stores. Well, for the most part. The line consists of three headphones, an on-ear model and two over-ear models. The on-ear K67's and the more affordable over-ear K167's are available for purchase, but the more expensive K267's will not be available 'til the end of the month. The AKG crew and Tiesto are touting their new line of headphones as "designed to take club sound wherever you go." As always, I will produce a full review of each model. In the meantime, check out the video below which gives a little background to the collaboration between AKG and Tiesto.

Quincy Jones AKG Q460 On-Ear Headphones
The third and final model of the Quincy Jones Signature line is the AKG Q460. It is an on-ear headphone that has the same signature lime accents as the rest of the line. The AKG Quincy Jones headphones are all extremely well-made and the Q460's are no exception. Sound quality is way above average and overpasses some of the best on-ear headphones like the Bose ones, and the Beats Solos.
The lime green cord is detachable and the headphones fold flat. One problem with most on-ear headphones is comfort. AKG has done a nice job with making sure comfort is incorporated into the design. The headphones are lightweight, nicely padded, and don't cause ear sweats. The construction is well-built but they aren't to most sturdy headphones by any means. While the AKG Q460's are not cheap, they sound great and are well-designed, which make them a great option. They are available in 3 colors: White, Black & Lime Green.

Quincy Jones AKG Q350 In-Ear Headphones
The AKG Q350 In-Ear Headphones are the cheapest in the Quincy Jones line. While the design of the headphones isn't flashy like most V-Modas, the neon green looks great and is modern and stylish without being too much. Each colored earbud comes with the Quincy Jones signature neon green cord. The earbuds feel extremely durable while being light as well. The earbuds themselves are much more comfortable than any other in-ear headphone that I have tried on. They also block out most sounds without being completely noise-canceling. The audio quality doesn't disappoint either. Sound is perfectly balanced between highs and lows. In my opinion, there is just enough bass without being overpowering. For the price, these are the best in-ear headphones that I have reviewed. If you are looking for a sub-$100 pair of premium in-ear stylish headphones, the AKG Q350's are your best option. They come in 3 colors: White, Black and Neon Green

Quincy Jones AKG Q701 Premium Headphones
AKG Acoustics is a highly regarded company with superior microphones and other audio equipment in Europe. They have now entered the U.S headphone market with a new lineup in collaboration with Grammy Winner Quincy Jones. He helped produce Michael Jackson's "Thriller" as well as some of Frank Sinatra's most famous hits. AKG has developed 3 different headphones for their Quincy Jones series. Today, I will be reviewing the AKG Q701 over-ear premium headphones.
I really like the creativity and style of these headphones because of the bold colors and modern look. With this design, AKG is targeting a young audience and trying to compete with SkullCandy and Monster Audio. The headphones have a padded leather headband and a large 3-D velvet earpad. The cord is flat and has a striking lime green color. The aspect that will sell these headphones is the great sound quality. These are one of the best sounding headphones on the market. They are also very comfortable because of the sheer size of the ear pads. Although these headphones are exceptionally good, they are also awfully expensive. If you are an audio buff, and have the money, these are a great option. The AKG Q701 headphones come in 3 colors: White, Black and Lime Green
