The majority of headphone is made of matte black plastic with some black glass trim along the ear cups. The ear cushions are covered in premium leather to avoid any ear fatigue. What might lack in flashy design, though, is more than made up in overall durability. Ultrasone has made sure to make your investment last as the headphones can withstand repeated drops to stone floor from up to 10 feet. Even if the headphones were to somehow break, don't worry. The Signature Pro's come with a 5-year warranty.

Despite these aesthetic features, let's be honest. The reason you buy these headphones isn't for the durability, style or warranty. It's to own the best sounding headphone money can buy. The Signature Pros are one of the best sounding headphone on the market, and, unlike other ultra-expensive headphones, the sound quality is still fantastic with MP3 players. Every genre of music sounds fantastic. If you have $1300 lying around, and you're a serious audiophile who won't settle for anything less than exceptional sound quality, these are definitely the ones to get.

NoiseHush NX26 HD Stereo Headphones

NoiseHush is known for their cell phone headsets, as well as bluetooth products. Currently, NoiseHush offers 5 Headphones, ranging from $30 for their earbuds to $70 for their over-ear headphones. Today, I will be taking a look at the NX26 HD Stereo Headphones.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the NoiseHush NX26 HD Headphones are a good option for all you seeking a quality pair of headphones at a decent price. Since NoiseHush is primarily known for their cell phone accessories, the headphones not only function to listen to your music, but also to pick up calls on your cell. Equipped with a microphone, you can transition from whatever song is playing to answering a phone call easily if you ever use your smart phone to play music. While at first there was a little rustling, overall the mic does a great job at blocking out background noise without having to bring the mic up to your mouth. Talking normally produced clear sound on the other end as well.

My biggest gripe with these headphones is the comfort and overall fit. No matter how much I messed with the fit, I couldn't get a natural feel with these headphones. Overall, the ear cushions aren't comfortable and have that fake leather feel that I associate with airline headsets. While I might be able to get over the cheap leather, I had a huge problem with the extremely tight fit the headphones. When worn, it felt like my head was being squeezed.  Designed to block external noises, it keeps its promise to do so and also delivers a clear and well-balanced sound. The sound quality is good, however, it's not nearly on par with other headphones at similar prices. It's got good bass, which I loved, but for some it may be overpowering as some songs didn't sound accurate.
Overall, the NoiseHush NX26 HD Headphones are not worth buying as there are countless of other headphones around the same price that are much better.

Logitech Ultimate Ears 100 Headphones

Logitech has entered the headphone market with their line of earbuds, called the Ultimate Ears line. The series ranges from the most budget friendly price of $20 to the wallet braking price of $500. Today, I will be taking a look the the 100's, which are at the bottom of the totem pole.

The Ultimate Ears 100 Headphones are made entirely of plastic and have a cheap look and feel to them. The variety of colors and designs that Logitech has with these headphones are fun, but seemed more intended for children or young teens than adults. One aspect I did like was that they seemed extremely durable and resistant to everyday travel. Comfort with these earbuds wasn't bad, but they did fall out easily when performing any kind of physical activity like running, biking, etc.

With such a low price tag, I wasn't expecting much from the sound quality. Surprisingly, I was impressed by the amount of bass as they pack a punch that most young children and teens will enjoy. Sound quality is another story. While they surely sound better than the stock headphones you get with any MP3 player, it's not $30 better. If your gonna spend the extra money to get some in-ear headphones, you may as well spend the extra $20 and get yourself a better one.
